The products produced by Salora meet the strict European standards for electronical products and go even further especially concerning user friendlyness. Nevertheless it can be that you have a question concerning your product. We have listed the most asked questions and answers in a list below:
Screensize
Salora has a wide range of LCD televisions. From 15 inch untill 46 inch. The screensize is always mentioned in our modelnumbers. As an example when you take model LCD1625, it has a 16 inch (40CM) screen. The LCD1941 has a 19 inch (48CM) screen and the LCD3231 has a 32 inch (82CM) screensize.
Resolution
All LCD tv's have a HD panel. That means that the panels have a certain resolution. Most of the Salora LCD televisions have a FULL HD. That means an even higher resolution of 1920x1080. The modelnumbers of Salora have the FULL HD panel mentioned in the modelnumbers with the extra letters "FH", like the Salora LCD2441FH.
Build-in DVD player
Salora has a complete range of LCD televisions with a build-in DVD player. A build-in DVD player has many advantages. You can see by the modelnumber if the tv has a build-in DVD player. You will find the extension "DVX". Modelnumber LCD2631DVX is a 26 inch (66CM) with a build-in DVD player. DVX is short for DIVX, it is a popular videoformat with high quality and compressed data.
DVD formats
The DVD players can play all known formats. From original and copied discs untill MPEG4, DIVX, XVID and MP3 music and your JPEG pictures. All Salora DVD players, from stand-alone portable DVD players and LCD tv's with build-in DVD players.
Wallmounting
All Salora LCD tv's have a VESA standard and can be wallmounted.
Portable DVD player
Salora products are equiped with a full accessories kit. Please make sure all the accessories are there, before you remove the packing.
This means that you will not need any extra accessories. All the chargers, for at home and on the go are included. Also a remote control, a bag and a complete car mounting set with clips. Also an AV cable to connect your portable DVD to your TV.
DVP7030TWIN
There is a small difference in the picture of the two screens. This is no defect of your product. Because of the picture processing, the main unit (with DVD loader) is processed digital and the second unit is processed analogue. With the setup menu you can adjust the settings to minimalize the difference between the two screens.
DVP7020TWIN, DVP7020MKII, DVP7021TWIN and DVP9021TWIN
If your DVP7020TWIN, DVP7020MKII, DVP7021TWIN or DVP9021TWIN set has a 180 degrees tilted screen or one of the screens is switched off, use the buttons on the back of the screens to correct this. Please find hereby the instruction manual (PDF) it will open in a new screen.
DVB-T
The digital DVB-T signal sends the tv channels through the air. When you want to receive this digital signal your product needs a digital DVBT tuner. Here you can see which models are equipped with a digital DVB-T tuner.
